General Terms
As a religious non-profit organization, contributions made to COTLG—including tithes, offerings, and sacrificial giving—are generally considered non-refundable, irrevocable gifts to further the Gospel of Jesus Christ. However, we recognize that errors can occur and are committed to handling your seeds with integrity.
Donations and Contributions
Finality of Gifts: In accordance with IRS regulations, once a charitable contribution is made, it is generally non-refundable.
Entry Errors: If you made a clerical error while donating (e.g., accidentally typing $1,000 instead of $100), please notify us within 7 days. We will work to correct the transaction.
Duplicate Charges: If a technical glitch causes a duplicate charge to your account, we will issue a refund for the extra transaction upon verification.
Bible Institute and Event Registrations
Registration Fees: Fees for the Church of the Living God Inc Bible Institute or special church conferences are used to prepare materials and secure venues.
Cancellations: If you are unable to attend a course or event, you may request a refund up to 14 days prior to the start date. After this period, fees are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to a future session or another student at the Pastor’s discretion.
Course Materials: Digital downloads or physical textbooks that have been distributed are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in rare cases such as:
Unauthorized transactions that can be verified as fraudulent.
Event cancellations by the Church without a rescheduled date.
Technical errors within our third-party payment processors.
Approval of refunds under these circumstances is at the sole discretion of Church of the Living God, Inc.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to post the funds to your account. If you believe you qualify for a refund or need to correct a transaction, please contact our administrative office with the following:
Your full name and email address.
The date and specific amount of the transaction.
A brief explanation of the request (e.g., “duplicate charge”).
